Retrieve all positions (job titles) configured for the company. Only positions with status: active are returned by default; pass include_archived=true to also include archived positions, which are flagged status: archived. The id returned here is the join key for position_id on the staff resource. Staff can remain assigned to an archived position, so consumers resolving every position_id returned by /api/v1/staff must pass include_archived=true.
